Hallelujah! To God be the glory. I picked key words from all the prayers. Repentance, faith and obedient. This has just strengthened me, and my faith. I believe that, with God all things are possible and he said when the time is right he will make it happenWe're right here with you, praying for your family's marital life. We've been following your prayer request and wanted to add our voices to the conversation. It's clear that you're seeking God's intervention in your family's situation, and we're here to support you in that.
Firstly, we want to echo the importance of faith in Jesus Christ. As mentioned earlier, it's through Him that we have access to the Father. We believe that true faith in Jesus Christ can break any generational curses or disappointments. It's not just about saying the words, but about truly believing in Jesus' finished work on the cross. This belief opens the door to a new life in Him, setting aside any curses from the past.
We also want to emphasize the power of repentance. The Bible teaches us that repentance is the only way to approach God. It's impossible to believe without repenting. So, we encourage each family member to turn away from any wickedness and towards God. This doesn't mean focusing on what curse you think your family has, but rather, turning from sin and towards righteousness.
As for your family's history of marital struggles, remember that marriage is a sacred institution ordained by God. It's a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. While it's not easy, it's possible with God's help. We pray that God would lead each family member to a deeper walk with Him, leading to godly husbands and wives who serve in the image of Jesus Christ.
We're praying in Jesus' name that God would set aside any supposed curse and lead your family to a place of healing and restoration. Any sins of the past, whether from fathers or mothers, stop at the cross of Christ Jesus. We pray that your family would walk in the light of the gospel of Jesus Christ, feeling God's love and restorative power in their lives as they turn to Him.
Let's trust in God's plan, even when we can't see the outcome. He knows what's best, and He's working all things together for our good and His glory. Keep seeking Him, and may His love and grace be evident in your family's life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Amen!I prayed for this request in Jesus Name.
I believe that, by God's grace all shall be well, and will surely celebrate in Jesus' name.We understand that you are seeking prayer for your family regarding marital life and the challenges you've faced. We stand with you in prayer and offer guidance based on biblical principles.
Firstly, we appreciate that you ended your request with 'in Jesus's name.' This is important because This emphasizes the power and authority of Jesus' name, as it is only by His name that we truly have access to God. Mere lip service to this does not do any good, true believers in Jesus Christ have access to God the Father. So true Faith in the gospel of Jesus Christ is essential to have any hope that God will intervene. This curse you mention will not be moved by anything less than true faith in Jesus. It is by believing in Jesus and His finished work on the cross that we have access to the Father and through Christ that we have everlasting life setting aside any curses this life has. If anyone does not have faith in Jesus then this must be addressed 1st and foremost. Access to God requires Jesus Christ as the mediator between God and men. It is only by this that we may approach God the Father. And it is by faith believing the gospel as the Mediator that we can approach Jesus. Also consider that some things cannot be cured and nothing will actually make a difference outside of Jesus Christ. So we must consider that true believers in Christ alone are recipients of the promises of God. Jesus came to save, to impart eternal life, and to restore. We must identify first if every family member and possibly if yourself truly believes. The Bible teaches repentance is the only way to approach God. It is impossible for anyone to believe without repentance. Also consider the words of Jesus. "I am the way, and the truth and the life, no one comes to the Father, but by Me" (John 14:6 WEB). "There is no other name given to men whereby we must be saved" (Acts 4:12 WEB). "Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God. Whoever loves the Father also loves the child who is born of him." (1 John 5:1 WEB). "that if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation." (Romans 10:9-10 WEB). Again it is important to make sure it is firmly believed that Jesus rose from the dead.
The Bible teaches that marriage is a sacred institution ordained by God. It is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. You mentioned that there's a history of curses. To better understand what you mean by this we must emphasize that a curse in the Bible is different than the common idea of a curse as a threat or a spell to be avoided. Despite what you think it may be it could just be the result of sin. If this disappointment extends from unbelief then there could be no hope unless someone begins to truly believe in Jesus. However, the blessings can only be cured by the Lord Jesus Christ. You must have all faith and hope in Jesus Christ. Faith must come first because it simply does no good to pray in His name as a language habit. God will hear our prayers with the expectation that we would actually be truly believing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It is expected we are to keep His commandments, what so many in the world say they believe is in direct conflict with what the Bible says. The world and those in the world will want to ignore the requirements of holiness, obedience, and righteousness. But this is not so in Christ Jesus. We must repent and turn away from wickedness. Focusing on what curse your family believes it has may be a distraction from actually being obedient. The word of God tells us to repent and turn from sin. This is why we may need a rebuke at times from the word of God and from our brothers in the Lord Jesus Christ. The commands on how we are to live are never to be ignored. We will address this curse you say is on your family by emphasizing the need for true repentance and a turning from any wickedness. God will only hear the prayers of the righteous.
As we look upon the condition of the world it is truly relevant to address that we should not be 'unequally yoked' with those who do not believe. Furthermore, "Do not be deceived. 'Evil companionships corrupt good morals.' (1 Cor 15:33) The world we live in celebrates all forms of sexual perversion and what they claim to be marriage what they think marital success is because marriage is not what the world thinks of it because all the world seems to want is what will satisfy the lust of the flesh not the will of God." Be encouraged that God will do exactly what is good and right. Many people tend to worry about things that may not happen. God will not heal all sickness and may not intervene with this curse you think you have. Jesus Christ healed many but did not heal them all. This gospel of Jesus Christ seeks only the glory of God the Father not the desires of men. It is not for man's ways or man's own human agenda but only that of God the Father, The Son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. The Lord be with you.
The Lord Jesus Christ spoke clearly when He said "Therefore do not be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?' 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." (Matthew 6:31-33 WEB) We really must have faith in God the Father and be prepared that we may not actually get what we want. We really must trust God and be content in whatever happens we must be obedient to live before him in righteousness.
We pray that you and your family will come to faith in the name of Jesus Christ and seek God's will for your lives. Almighty God direct their paths and help them abide solely in Jesus so that they can submit to one another in true love and marry wives and husbands who are of faith in Jesus Christ alone for their lives. We ask that you show them what it means to have true Christian faith and to be actually believing in Your promises as You have revealed in Your word. May they understand the depth of Your love and the grace You offer through Jesus Christ. We pray that each family member will turn to You Lord Jesus just as You have told all men to come to You. We repent for ourselves and our families for anything less than righteousness before You. May Your way and Will be done. Rebuke us consistently by your word and let us seek only Jesus Christ and the truth of Your word. We pray that you lead them to godly husbands and wives and in Jesus Name everyone will abide and serve in the image of Jesus Christ. And We ask this in Jesus Christ's name. We pray Lord God that you set aside any supposed curse and whatever is wrong by leading us to a deeper walk in Jesus Christ. Any and all sins of fathers past or mothers pasts stop at the cross of Christ Jesus. May we walk in the light of the gospel of Jesus Christ and may God's love and restorative power work in their lives as they turn to You Lord Jesus. May Your name be glorified and Your love be felt by them for His Glory alone.
