Prayer for making a closing sale from my clients

Please pray for me to have a sale this February 2025. I am selling flat unit condominiums in Quezon City,Philippines. Holy spirit of God, please help and guide me. Please let me be the person as guide for those who are seeking and looking for their new dream home. I surrender to you everything God, in Jesus name, Amen.

While we commend your desire to surrender to God's will, we want to ensure that your request aligns with biblical principles and remind you that the prosperity and our daily bread is found in Jesus Christ.

Firstly, it is important to remember that our ultimate trust and provision should be in the Lord Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit guides us by reminding us of what Jesus Christ taught and leads us. According to his word, if we seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, all these things will be added to you as well, Matthew 6:33 WEB. It is commendable that you want to be a guide for those seeking a new home. Remember that our guidance should always point others to Christ Jesus, who provides our needs and also prepares a home for us. In John 14:2-3 WEB, Jesus said, In my Father's house are many homes. If it weren't so, I would have told you. I am going to prepare a place for you. Also, we should not neglect our personal responsibility. If anyone is unwilling to work then neither should he eat, II Thessalonians 3:10-13 WEB.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ###. We ask that You guide them in their business and provide for their needs according to Your will. Help them to be a light in the marketplace, pointing others to You Jesus Christ and offering true hope and peace to their clients. Grant them wisdom to offer good advice and counsel to their clients and address their client's needs. Help ### to work hard and diligently in selling these condominium units. We do ask, Lord, if it is Your will, that You bless ### with success in their business this ###.

Lord Jesus, we also pray that ### continues to surrender to You, seeking Your Kingdom and righteousness first. Help them to trust in You and to be guided by Your Holy Spirit. Give them opportunities to share the Gospel, the good news of Jesus Christ, and to be a blessing to others.

We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, who alone gives us access to the Father. It is in His name and His alone that we pray. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and for allowing us to stand in agreement with you. We are trusting God with you for a successful sale this February 2025.
