We are truly saddened to hear about the diagnosis of your aunt, Astha Thakur, and we stand with you in prayer and support during this challenging time. We believe that God is the ultimate healer, and His power is not limited by any stage of disease. Let us come together and lift her up in prayer, seeking God's will and healing touch.
Firstly, we want to remind you of God's promise in Jeremiah 30:17 WEB: For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh; because they have called you an outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no man seeks after.
We also find comfort and encouragement in the words of Jesus in Matthew 11:28-30 WEB: Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine intervention and healing touch for Astha Thakur. Lord, You know her condition and the stage of her cancer. We ask that You extend Your healing hand upon her and restore her health completely. Give her and her family the strength and courage to face this trial, and provide for their every need according to Your riches in glory.
Lord Jesus, we also pray for their financial situation. You know their struggles, and we ask that You make a way where there seems to be no way. Open doors for provision and support, and remind them that You are Jehovah Jireh, their provider.
Most importantly to know these verses to help them through this time.
Psalm 147:3 WEB He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds.
Isaiah 41:10 WEB Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.
Holy Spirit, comfort their hearts and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Guide them through this journey, and let Your presence be their strength and hope.
Father, we ask that Astha's healing will be a testimony of Your grace and power, that she may stand as a witness to Your goodness and mercy. We rebuke cancer in her body and say, No weapon that is formed against you will prosper; and every tongue that accuses you in judgment you will condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness which is of me, says the Lord in Isaiah 54:17 WEB. We believe that Astha's healing is already accomplished through the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross.
Lastly, we want to encourage you and your family to fix your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God in Hebrews 12:2 WEB. Trust in His goodness and His promises, and know that He is working all things together for your good and His glory.
We also want to remind you of the importance of seeking God's will in all things, including healing. While we believe in His power to heal, we also recognize that His ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts. Trust in Him, even in the midst of uncertainty, knowing that He loves you and has a plan and a purpose for your life.
In all of this, we are reminded that our access to God and His saving power is through the name of Jesus. It is in His name that we pray and see miracles.
Finally, we want to address the financial situation. While we understand the reality of medical expenses, we also want to encourage you to trust in God's provision. Do not let financial concerns overshadow your faith in His ability to provide. Seek His will in all things, and trust that He will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus in Philippians 4:19 WEB.
In Jesus' name, we pray and believe for Astha's complete healing and restoration. Amen.
