Prayer for loss in shares

Please pray for our loss in shares. We have invested 385500 rs in shares and incurred loss of 60000 rs. My sister's husband works as a financial advisor, he asked us that he will take care of our shares and cover losses. But now we have loss of nearly 2 lakhs. Please pray for the recovery of loss in shares as soon as possible. Myself and my husband are already facing lot of financial problems since February. We are getting tension by looking at the loss. Let the loss be soon turned into double profit in Jesus Mighty Name I Pray. Amen.

We understand your distress, Srilaxmi, and we're here to pray and offer counsel with you. We're reminded of Matthew 6:25-34 (WEB), where Jesus teaches us not to be anxious about our lives, including what we'll eat, drink, or wear. He assures us that our heavenly Father knows we need all these things, and if we seek first God's Kingdom and his righteousness, all these things will be added to us.

Firstly, we commend you for mentioning the name of Jesus in your request. It is by His name that we have access to God, as Acts 4:12 (WEB) tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved."

However, we must also address the issue of where our trust should lie. Psalm 20:7 (WEB) says, "Some trust in chariots, and some in horses, but we trust in the name of Yahweh our God." While your brother-in-law may have good intentions, putting complete trust in his ability to cover losses may be misplaced. Our ultimate trust should be in God, who is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1, WEB).

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' mighty name, lifting up Srilaxmi and her family. Lord, they have experienced a significant financial loss, and this burden is heavy upon them. We ask for Your comfort and peace to surround them now. We pray for Your wisdom to guide them in their decisions, and for Your provision to meet their needs. We ask that You will turn this loss into an opportunity for blessing, that only You can accomplish. Help them to fix their eyes on You, trusting in Your goodness and faithfulness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

In this time of trial, may you find peace in God's presence, and may your faith be strengthened as you continue to trust in Him. Keep your hearts and minds guarded in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7, WEB).

Heavenly Father, thank You that You are our God, that we know no fear, are not dismayed because You strengthen us, help us, and uphold us with Your victorious Right Hand, Isa 41:10. Thank You the shield of faith deflects all the flaming missiles of the evil one, Eph 6:16. I invoke the Name of The Lord, Yahweh, God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth over My Wife, Myself and my Family. We call on The Lord, God, Yahweh, Gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in love, maintaining covenant, forgiving iniquity, transgression and sin, Ex 34:6-7. We call on Your Name for our area, city, state, churches, countries and world. Thank you no evil shall befall us or any plague come near our dwelling, Ps 91:10, and you give angels command over us to keep us from harm as they render service on our behalf, Ps 91:11, Heb 1:14. Fill my wife with one blessing after another and pour out your Holy Spirit on her, me and our child, even on all flesh, Joel 2:28; Acts 2:17. Thank you for grace upon grace, one blessing after another, John 1:16, in Jesus' Name, John 14:13, through Jesus all Your promises are Yes and Amen, 2 Cor 1:20.
