Prayer for loneliness I am destroying myself and my mental health is suffering. I know I am shy and introverted but that’s due to my dad abusing me and damaging me. Also this person I live with is still torturing me. He constantly does this thing where he scratches his head and thinks it’s funny. I just want to hurt myself and die. I don’t have any friends or a partner. I really need help I’m losing faith.
