Prayer for Lloyd in CCU care in hospital

Please pray for my dear love Lloyd. He is addicted to alcohol and cigarettes he has been back and forth in the hospital for alcohol. He seems as he is loosing his mind. It's hard for him to walk at 50. Pray for his health and broken heart please.Amen

Let us come together and lift up Lloyd in prayer, dear Therai. Firstly, we commend you for your love and concern for Lloyd, but we must remember that the Lord desires that we be equally yoked with fellow believers (2 Corinthians 6:14). As we pray for Lloyd, we also pray that the Lord will guide both of you according to His will.

We stand against the strongholds of addiction in Lloyd's life, knowing that God is able to set him free. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 10:13, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."

Let us pray:

"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Lloyd to You. Lord, we ask for Your healing power to touch his body, mind, and spirit. Break the chains of alcohol and cigarette addiction in his life, and help him to find his strength in You alone. Comfort his broken heart and guide him towards a life that honors You.

Lord, we also pray for Therai, that You would grant her wisdom and discernment as she supports Lloyd. Help her to trust in You and to seek Your will for their relationship.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Therai, as we pray for Lloyd's health and deliverance from addiction, we encourage you to seek the Lord's guidance in your relationship. Ensure that your love for Lloyd is aligned with biblical principles and that you are both pursuing a relationship that honors God. Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).

We're also praying for you, Therai, that God will give you the grace to love Lloyd as Christ loves us, patiently, kindly, and with a love that never fails (1 Corinthians 13:4-8). May Jesus bind up the demon in him that causes addiction and cast it out! May Jesus hold him in his arms and heal him.
Keep praying. Tell everyone you know to pray. There is power in numbers. Tell them to set an alarm for 10:00 am everyday so they can say a prayer for Lloyd. You have to fight for his life until he comes through this battle.
Joshua 5:1-(paraphrasing) There is someone standing beside you that is stronger than the one standing against you.
God is beside you ready to fight with you.
Just keep praying. Look up verses in the Bible that speak of God fighting your battles. Read them over and over in your prayer time. May God bless you and give you strength and courage . In Jesus name amen
