We understand your desire to be the best version of yourself, Ali Akbar Mukadam. However, let us remember that God's priorities are often different from the world's. The Bible tells us that "Man looks at the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks at the heart" (1 Samuel 16:7 WEB). It's important to cultivate inner qualities, such as love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23 WEB), which are the fruits of the Spirit and make us truly attractive in God's sight.
While there's nothing wrong with wanting to be physically fit or presentable, we should not let these things become our primary focus. Instead, we should pursue godliness, for "bodily exercise profits little, but godliness is profitable for all things, having the promise of the life now, and of that which is to come" (1 Timothy 4:8 WEB).

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up Ali Akbar Mukadam. Lord, help him to see himself as You see him. Help him to pursue inner beauty and godliness. Grant him the fruits of the Spirit, that he may be truly attractive in Your sight. If it is Your will, Lord, bless him with good health and physical strength, but most importantly, strengthen his character and his relationship with You, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen."
