Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ###, who has a hearing this Friday to determine whether they will be granted their MHCLP licensure in ###. We acknowledge that ### has faced challenges due to their past justice involvement, which has added extra barriers to obtaining their licensure.
Lord, we humbly ask that Your hand be upon the decision-making process during this hearing. We pray for divine wisdom and discernment for those involved in making this decision. We trust in Your sovereignty and believe that You are in control of every outcome. Help ### to surrender their anxieties and concerns into Your loving hands, knowing that You are working all things together for their good.
We thank You, Lord, for the journey that ### has been on, and for the growth and transformation they have experienced. We declare that their past does not define them, but rather serves as a testimony of the strength and resilience they have found in You. Grant them the confidence and assurance that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them.
Father, we pray for favor and grace to be upon ### during this hearing. Open doors that no one can shut and make a way where there seems to be no way. May the decision made align with Your perfect will for their life and enable them to fulfill their calling to help others.
In the midst of this process, we ask that You grant ### peace that surpasses all understanding. Strengthen their faith and remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in times of trouble.
We lift up this prayer request to You, knowing that You are a God who hears and answers prayers. We trust in Your unfailing love and faithfulness. May Your will be done in ###'s life, and may Your name be glorified through every step of their journey.
