We understand that you're seeking prayer for a lady's house to be renewed. We will pray for this situation, and we invite you to join us in this petition to God.
Firstly, we acknowledge there is nothing more important than our relationship with God and the woman's relationship with God. Prayer in Jesus' name is the only prayer heard by God. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, so we pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this lady's situation to You. We ask that You guide her steps, and we pray for the renewal of her house, we are thankful for Your provision and that You have provided her a home to begin with. We ask that You guide her in all wisdom and knowledge as she seeks this renewal and that you provide for her needs.
Father, we also pray for her spiritual renewal, that You would draw her closer to You through this process. We pray that she would know You more deeply and that You would guide her in all truth. We pray that You would surround her with a community of believers and a family of Christian believers to support her in all areas of her life.
We pray 1 John 5:14-15 (WEB), "This is the confidence which we have before him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him." We put our trust in You.
We also pray 1 Chronicles 29:16 (WEB), "LORD our God, all this store that we have prepared to build you a house for your holy name comes of your hand, and is all your own." We put our trust in You.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
