Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### of God in prayer. Lord, we ask for Your divine knowledge, wisdom, and understanding to be poured out upon him. As Your Word promises in James 1:5, "If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him." We stand on this promise and ask that You grant ### the wisdom he seeks.
Father, we also pray for a deeper hunger and discipline to read Your Word and to pray. As Jesus said, "Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled." May ###'s heart be filled with an insatiable desire to know You more and to grow in his relationship with You.
Lord, we ask that You bless ### abundantly, guiding him in all his ways and filling him with Your Spirit. May he be rooted and grounded in love, able to comprehend with all saints the breadth, length, depth, and height of Your love, as described in Ephesians 3:17-19.
