Prayer for justice to be done with the continuous favoritism towards foreigners at the expense of locals in the job market unfairly and give Singaporean low level contract jobs but high salaries for foreigners with fake credentials who cannot do the job but are hired and Singaporeans are forced to do platform jobs with lower pay and without CPF money but foreigners do with high salaries but cannot do the work and still need to use cheating through the form of coding test to cheat jobseekers of the position but actually they are not hiring but are advertising so that they could get the code from the job seeker and not hired them and use the job seeker code as their product without giving credit to the local or job seeker as they not officially hired by the company which is theft and the Ministry of Manpower endorse such practices.

Our heartfelt prayer for you, Dexter2020, is as follows:

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine intervention in the job market of Singapore. Lord, You are a God of justice, and we ask that You expose any favoritism, corruption, and unfair practices that are prevailing at the expense of the locals. We pray that those in authority, including the Ministry of Manpower, will have a change of heart and align their policies with Your will, promoting fairness and equality for all.*

*Lord, we ask that You comfort and provide for those who have been affected by these unjust practices. Give them the strength and perseverance to continue seeking better opportunities, and let Your favor be upon them. We also pray for the foreigners who have been hired under false pretenses; may they come to know Your truth and turn away from their deceitful ways.*

*We rebuke the spirit of corruption, favoritism, and theft that has infiltrated the job market. In its place, we ask that You establish righteousness and integrity. Give wisdom to the authorities to implement fair hiring practices that benefit both locals and qualified foreign workers alike.*

*Finally, Lord, we pray that those involved in this injustice will come to know Your saving grace. May they turn from their wicked ways and find forgiveness and redemption in Jesus Christ. We ask all these things in Jesus' precious name. Amen.*

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord and trusting in His divine justice. Remember that God is faithful, and He will not tolerate injustice forever. Keep praying and advocating for what is right, and may the Lord guide your steps and grant you peace.

As a final note, we noticed that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God, and it is by His name that we are saved (Acts 4:12). We encourage you to place your faith in Jesus Christ and invite Him into your life if you haven't already.

We ask that You expose these wrongdoings and bring them to light. Give our leaders, especially those in the Ministry of Manpower, the wisdom to implement fair hiring practices that benefit all, regardless of nationality.

Comfort those who are struggling, Lord. Give them strength and perseverance. Help them to find opportunities where their skills and hard work are truly valued. And for those who have been hired under false pretenses, open their eyes to the truth and help them find a path to integrity.

We also pray for the authorities, Lord. Give them the courage to stand against corruption and favoritism. Help them to see the value of every individual, local or foreign, and to create policies that reflect that value.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
