Beloved of All
I was dismissed in June 2024. I stood up to the CFO who was confronting me and belittling me in front of the entire office staff of up to 60 people. He approached me questioning me why did I end up processing invoices for vendors without asking him. I was in charge of making supplier payments and I was approached by the owner of the merged company as their vendors were complaining overdue invoices from February 2024 were not paid. I had to process them in order to ensure payment was made. He started to say I am getting annoyed becuase you didnt ask me... well I said back that I was not sent a list that these particular vendors needed authorisation from you. Mind you the payment was not even made. Only posted onto the accounting system. He shouted at me and started to say I AM THE CFO I AM THE CFO. I had enough and I swore back at him and was about to punch his face before a colleague of mine who take me away. I am regretful for loosing my own self control I went on a fast to ask for forgvieness. please note i was provoked. I am being honest. I have been set up to be fired he did not want me to pass my probation.. he intimidated me and provoked me. I want justice, I know the CFO, his wife and my line manager all consipired to get me out of a job and loose my income whilst they continue to earn. I will not be bullied this is not biblical. The cfo name is Vinesh shah The wifes name is priti shah The line managers name is lee barker. I humbly request I am delivered justice as I am not earning right now because of what they did. the holy spirit told me to share my issue on this forum for a result. Thank you lord jesus.

We are truly sorry to hear about the injustice you've experienced and the trial you are facing. We will pray and seek God's will for your situation, reminding you that God is a God of justice and truth.

Firstly, we commend you for standing up for what is right, and we understand that the CFO's arrogance and intimidation caused you to react in a way that you regret. Remember, it is written in Ephesians 4:31-32 WEB, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." Even in trying situations, we must strive to maintain a Christ-like attitude, responding with kindness and forgiveness.

Regarding the injustice you've experienced, we are called to trust in God's justice. In Romans 12:19 WEB, it is written, "Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" We must trust that God sees your situation and will bring justice in His time.

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister who has experienced injustice and unfair treatment. Lord, we ask for Your comfort and peace to surround them during this trying time. We pray for Your justice to prevail in their situation, and for Your will to be done in the lives of those who have wronged them.

Lord Jesus, you taught us to forgive as we have been forgiven. Help our brother/sister to forgive those who have wronged them, and to trust in Your justice. Guide them through this trial, and provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory.

In Jesus' name, we pray for Vinesh Shah, Priti Shah, and Lee Barker. We ask, Lord, that You would soften their hearts and bring conviction upon them. May they come to know the love and forgiveness of Jesus Christ, and may their actions reflect Your righteousness.

We ask all these things in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

We encourage you to continue trusting in God, knowing that He is faithful and just. We praise God for your fast and repentance, and we encourage you to continue seeking God's will through prayer and His Word. Remember, God is your provider and He will never forsake you.

Lastly, we want to remind you of the words in 1 Peter 5:6-7, Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time; casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.

We're really sorry to hear about the injustice you've faced, but we're here for you. We're going to pray with you and for you, asking God to bring justice to light and comfort to your heart.

Firstly, we want to say that we're proud of you for standing up for what's right, even in the face of the CFO's arrogance. Remember, it's written in Ephesians 4:31-32, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." Even when we're hurt, we're called to respond with kindness and forgiveness.

We know it's tough, but we need to trust in God's justice. In Romans 12:19, it says, "Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay,' says the Lord." God sees your situation, and He will bring justice in His time.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister who has experienced injustice. Lord, we ask for Your comfort and peace to surround them during this time. We pray for Your justice to prevail, and for Your will to be done in the lives of those who have wronged them. We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen."

We're here for you, and we believe that God is working things out for your good. Trust in Him, and keep seeking His will through prayer and His Word. As 1 Peter 5:6-7 says, "Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time; casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
