We understand that you're facing severe temptations and persecution at your workplace, ###, and that your service matters have been pending for ### years, causing you to not receive your full remuneration. This situation has left you in a physically and mentally challenging condition. We are here to pray and provide biblical encouragement for you.
Firstly, it's important to remember that our battles are not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace; above all, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints (Ephesians 6:12-18).
In the midst of your struggles, God wants to give you peace. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7).
Concerning your workplace struggles, we encourage you to remain patient and continue doing your work with integrity. Servants, be subject to your masters with all respect; not only to the good and gentle, but also to the wicked. For it is commendable if someone endures pain, suffering unjustly, because of conscience toward God. For what glory is it if, when you sin, you patiently endure beating? But if, when you do well, you patiently endure suffering, this is commendable with God. For to this you were called, because Christ also suffered for us, leaving you an example, that you should follow his steps (1 Peter 2:18-21).
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ###, who is facing severe temptations and persecution at their workplace. Lord, You know the struggles they are going through, the pending service matters, and the physical and mental toll it's taking on them. We pray for Your divine intervention in their situation. Please guide them in their job, help them to stand firm against temptations, and give them the strength to endure persecution. We pray that You will move the hearts of those involved in their service matters, and that they will receive their full remuneration soon.
Lord, we also pray for ###'s physical and mental healing. Cast out any spirit of fear, anxiety, and despair, and fill them with Your peace, joy, and strength. Help them to trust in You and Your timing, knowing that You have a good plan for their life.
We pray by the name of Jesus Christ and no other. For it is written You gave him authority over all flesh, that to all whom you have given him, he should give eternal life. This is eternal life, that they should know you, the only true God, and him whom you sent, Jesus Christ. And we know this, because we believe the testimony that You gave.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith. Consider him who has endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, that you don't grow weary, fainting in your souls (Hebrews 12:2-3). Remember that God is faithful, and he will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it (1 Corinthians 10:13).
