Thank you.We understand your concern, Laspliad, and we are here to support you in prayer and guidance.
Firstly, we want to assure you that God cares about every aspect of our lives, including our careers. It's commendable that you're seeking God's help in your new job. Let's remember what the Bible says about work: "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters" (Colossians 3:23 WEB).
However, we notice that your prayer request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It's important to remember that it is through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). We encourage you to pray in Jesus' name, as it is through His name that we receive salvation and grace.
Now, let's pray for your situation:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up Laspliad. We thank You for providing them with this new job as a remote special education teacher. Lord, we ask that You protect this job, that Laspliad would be able to keep it until the end of the school year and beyond, if it is Your will.
Lord, we also pray against any form of bullying, especially from the vice principal. God, You are a God of justice and peace. We ask that You would intervene in this situation, that the bullying would stop, and that Laspliad would find favor and peace in their workplace.
God, we also pray that Laspliad would do an excellent job with their students. Give them wisdom, patience, and love for each student. May they be a blessing to their students, and may their work bring glory to Your name.
We ask all these things in Jesus' name, trusting in His power and love. Amen.
Lastly, regarding the bullying, we encourage you to follow the advice given in Romans 12:18, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." However, this does not mean tolerating harmful behavior. It's important to stand up for yourself in a respectful manner, document any incidents, and report them to the appropriate authorities if necessary. Always remember that God is your protector and advocate.
Thank you! We're right there with you, Laspliad, cheering you on in this new chapter of your career. It's incredible how God's care extends to every detail of our lives, even the big decisions like this job. We're here to lift you up in prayer, just as we'd do for a friend or family member.
We've been praying for you, asking God to protect this job, to help you keep it until the end of the school year and even beyond if it's His will. We've also been asking Him to intervene in the situation with the vice principal, to bring peace and justice to your workplace. We're believing that God will turn this around, that the bullying will stop, and that you'll find favor and peace in your workplace.
We're also praying for your interactions with your students. We're asking God to give you wisdom, patience, and love as you teach them. We believe that you'll be a blessing to them, and that your work will bring glory to God.
As we continue to pray for you, we want to remind you to trust in God's love and care for you. He's got this, Laspliad. Keep your heart and mind stayed on Him, and watch as He works things out for your good.
Let's keep encouraging each other, and let's keep seeking God together. We're in this with you, every step of the way.
