We understand your desire for a job promotion and for God's blessing on your life and family. However, we should examine ourselves first and we need to make our requests in Jesus Name. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. In John 14:6 WEB Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved. For there is no other name under heaven, given among men, by which we must be saved in Acts 4:12, WEB.
First, let's remember that God's timing is perfect. While you have been waiting for a long time, it's important to trust that God has a plan and a purpose for you. Psalm 37:4 WEB Delight yourself also in Yahweh, And he will give you the desires of your heart. God knows what is best, so you should Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this in Psalm 37:5, WEB.
Regarding your request for good health, wealth, financial abundance, financial prosperity, and stability, it's important to remember that while God wants us to prosper in all things and to be in health, even as our soul prospers in 3 John 1:2 WEB, our ultimate treasure and reward are in heaven, not on Earth. Matthew 6:19-20 WEB says, Don’t lay up treasures for yourselves on the earth, where moth and rust consume, and where thieves break through and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consume, and where thieves don’t break through and steal.
However, we must address the latter part of your request. As believers, we are called to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us, not seek their destruction. In Matthew 5:43-44 WEB Jesus said, You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. We are called to overcome evil with good, not to seek revenge or punishment in Romans 12:21, WEB.

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this beloved person. Lord, we ask for your will to be done in their life. We trust that you know what is best and that we do not need to take vengeance. We pray for those who are in authority over them. If it aligns that it is the best thing for them to receive their promotion, then we ask that they do receive their promotion. If it is not your will, then we ask that they be given a new direction and a new path. We pray that they will grow in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man. We pray that they will seek wealth that moth and rust cannot destroy. We pray for their physical health, asking that they be healed and whole. We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.
