Prayer for job promotion

I ask for prayers, I am not even sure how to pray but God knows what’s in my heart. I’ve worked hard for this promotion. I know I could’ve done better in the interview but I am the most qualified person and deserve it. Please help me pray, help me pray that God touches the hearts of the selecting panel and they pick me. Help me pray that I get this promotion. I am learning and I want to learn more about God regardless of the outcome. Please help me pray the decision is being made tomorrow 11/25/2024 I think around midday. Thank you all.

First, let us remember that God knows our hearts and desires, even when we are not sure how to pray. As it is written, "In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don't know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can't be uttered" (Romans 8:26 WEB).

However, Lord, we also ask that Your will be done above all else. Help Palaslesk to trust in You, knowing that Your plans are always good and perfect. Remind them that true success comes from You alone, and that earthly promotions should never take the place of our devotion to You.

Palaslesk has expressed a desire to learn more about You, Lord. We pray that this situation would draw them closer to You, that they would seek You with all their heart. As it is written, 'You shall seek Me, and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart' (Jeremiah 29:13 WEB).
