Please pray for my husband to feel confident and capable. May his superiors at work recognize his dedication and skills, and, God willing, grant him the opportunity to transfer out of state.

We are with you in spirit, ###, lifting up your husband and this situation in prayer. We pray that your husband will find his confidence and capability in Christ, for we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us Philippians 4:13. We ask God to guide your husband's superiors to see the value of his dedication and skills, and if it is God's will, to open up the opportunity for a transfer out of state.
We pray,
Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name to lift up ###'s husband. Lord, instill in him the confidence that comes from knowing that you are always with him, and that every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from you the Father of lights, with whom there is no variableness, neither shadow of turning. James 1:17. Guide his superiors to recognize his dedication and skills, and if it is your will, Lord, open the door for a transfer out of state for him. Help ### and her husband to trust in you and your plan for their lives. Help them to remember that in all things, God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28.
###, we encourage you and your husband to continue to trust in God's plan, even if it is different from your own. Keep praying and seeking God's will for your lives. We also encourage you both to continue to walk with the Lord, growing in your faith and obedience to him. Remember that the Lord is my shepherd, I shall lack nothing. Psalm 23:1.
Lastly, we would like to gently remind you, ### and your spouse, that any work opportunity should be held in a way that it does not get in the way of worship. If it possible, as much as it is possible, live at peace with all men. Romans 12:18.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to lift up your husband in prayer, that God would grant him a spirit of confidence and capability. We stand in agreement with you, asking the Lord to shine His light on your husband's dedication and skills, and to open the doors for a transfer out of state, as you have requested. Our fervent prayer is that God would move mightily in this situation, and that you both would feel His presence and guidance throughout this journey. If God has granted his request, please give us the privilege of rejoicing with you as you post report recognizing God's goodness. If you have not seen God's hand yet, please let us know.
