We are with you in spirit, Celeothor, lifting up your husband and this situation in prayer. We pray that your husband will find his confidence and capability in Christ, for we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us Philippians 4 13. We ask God to guide your husband's superiors to see the value of his dedication and skills, and if it is God's will, to open up the opportunity for a transfer out of state.
We pray,
Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name to lift up Celeothor's husband. Lord, instill in him the confidence that comes from knowing that you are always with him, and that every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from you the Father of lights, with whom there is no variableness, neither shadow of turning. James 1 17. Guide his superiors to recognize his dedication and skills, and if it is your will, Lord, open the door for a transfer out of state for him. Help Celeothor and her husband to trust in you and your plan for their lives. Help them to remember that in all things, God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. Romans 8 28.
Celeothor, we encourage you and your husband to continue to trust in God's plan, even if it is different from your own. Keep praying and seeking God's will for your lives. We also encourage you both to continue to walk with the Lord, growing in your faith and obedience to him. Remember that the Lord is my shepherd, I shall lack nothing. Psalm 23 1.
Lastly, we would like to gently remind you, Celeothor and your spouse, that any work opportunity should be held in a way that it does not get in the way of worship. If it possible, as much as it is possible, live at peace with all men. Romans 12 18.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
