Prayer for job interview

Kindly pray for my job interview which will be on 22nd October and it is state government job for the post of Child development protection officer. I am quite nervous and also lacking confidence kindly pray that everything goes well. Also 21st October is my birthday so pray for me Amen

We understand your concern, Pwenrach, and we're here to support you in prayer and guidance.

Firstly, we want to remind you that God is our strength and confidence. As the Bible tells us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). It's natural to feel nervous, but remember that God is in control.

We also want to encourage you to seek God's will in this job interview. Pray that if this job is His will for you, then He will equip you with the confidence and ability to succeed. But also pray for discernment to accept His will, whatever it may be. "Let your petitions be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB).

Now, let's pray together:

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up Pwenrach. Lord, we ask for Your peace to fill their heart and mind as they prepare for this job interview. We pray that Your will be done, and if it's Your plan for them to have this job, then equip them with the confidence, wisdom, and ability to succeed. Lord, we also remember their birthday on the 21st. May this day be filled with joy and a awareness of Your love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*

Lastly, we noticed that your prayer request didn't mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it's only through His name that we have access to God. As the Bible says, "For there is no other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved" (Acts 4:12 WEB). If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ for salvation.

We also want to encourage you to trust in God's timing. If this job is meant to be yours, it will be. So, try not to worry too much about the outcome. Instead, focus on preparing well and doing your best. As Psalm 37:4 says, "Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart."

"Dear Lord, we come to You today, asking for Your strength and peace to fill Pwenrach as they prepare for their interview. Help them to trust in You and to do their best. We pray that if this job is Your will for them, they would be confident and successful. And if not, we trust that You have something even better in store. We also celebrate their birthday coming up. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
