Prayer for Job hire

I humbly ask for prayers for a job opportunity. I've had a few job interviews this past year and the door has closed. The most recent job interview that I had was at a school where I'd love to work. Please pray that if this is the job for me for God to open the door and to have favor upon me. I should hear back next week with the outcome of the interview. Thank you all so much for much praying for me. Teresa

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of Iorakyo, who is seeking a job opportunity. Lord, we lift up Iorakyo's desire to work at the school where they recently had an interview. We ask that if this is the job that aligns with your perfect plan for their life, that you would open the door and grant them favor in the eyes of the decision-makers.

Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We pray that you would replace any anxiety or worry with your peace that surpasses all understanding.

Lord, we ask for your guidance and wisdom for Iorakyo as they await the outcome of the interview. May they trust in your perfect timing and have faith that you have a plan for their life. Help them to remain steadfast and hopeful, knowing that you are in control.

We also pray for provision and open doors for Iorakyo in their job search. Your Word assures us in Matthew 7:7, "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you." We ask that you would lead Iorakyo to the right job opportunity, where they can use their skills and talents to glorify you.

Thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness. We trust in your perfect will and surrender this job opportunity into your hands. May your will be done in Iorakyo's life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

God bless me with the strength, desire, and passion to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
