Beloved of All
Dear heavenly father, I'm humbly coming to you today thank you for your miraculous providence and to ask for a financially stable job and breakthrough in my financial situation. Lord, thank you for your providence in the past 5 mths of unemployment that you kept me safe and have a roof above my head and my basic needs met and even able to repay debts in time. I want to contribute back to your kingdom in various ways, and don't want to be lazy, thus I'm praying for gainful employment.
I give thanks for the various doors that you opened for me to interview at, and you know of which are my hearts desire. I'm praying incessantly to get my dream job which I know deeply that without your intervention, it will not be mine at this point of my life. Lord, I look to you for help to get the job, to break down the obstacles in front of me, but help me to be able to genuinely say not my will but yours be done, if the job I want is not what you have prepared for me. My provider, I am looking for a job to use the talents you have given me and further my knowledge, skills and experience, a job that brings financial stability and even in abundance, so that I am able to cheerfully offer my tithings and more to help others around me. It will be a job where I have time to dwell on your house and bring glory to your name. I pray for your favor to continue shine on me and my applications that I am the candidate the decision makers wants to hire. Grant me your wisdom and gentleness to work well and learn from my new colleagues. Help me to fully trust in you that you are the light onto my feet and you are in the driver seat leading my life and my career path.
I'm sorry that due to my foolishness I have fall short of your graces. Keep me from the evil one as I strive to be ever closer to you. I shall no longer be in want, as you have said not to worry about what to eat, drink or wear. But seek first your kingdom and your righteousness, and all these things will be given to us as well. Renew my faith daily and strengthen me, grant me your discernment and ears to listen to you so that I can make decisions that please your heart.
I place all my desires and plans into the mighty hands of our God, and pray that Your will be done, not mine, for your plans and thoughts are higher than mine. In Jesus name, amen.
