Prayer for job after interview

Please keep me in your prayers that I receive an offer for the position I interviewed for yesterday. I felt extremely comfortable at the company, everyone was very friendly, and this position would help me provide a better life for my son. Thank you!

We are glad to join you in prayer for this job opportunity. It's wonderful that you felt comfortable at the company and that the position could be a blessing for you and your son. Remember that God has a plan for you, and His ways are higher than our ways. Even if this job does not work out, God has something better in store for you.

First, we want to remind you that it is important to acknowledge Jesus Christ in this process. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It is by His name that we approach God the Father, and it is by His stripes we are healed and saved. And as it is recorded in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Now, let us pray together.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our ### who is seeking Your will for her employment. Lord, You know the details of the interview and how well she connected with the company. We ask, Father, that if this job is Your will for her, that You would open the doors and grant her favor with the decision-makers. We pray that You would provide her with a job that not only meets her needs but also allows her to be a blessing to others especially her son.

At the same time we ask for Your will to be done and if this is not the plan you have for her, please prepare her emotionally and physically to deal with the outcome. We know that You have a purpose and a plan for each of us, and we trust that You will guide her steps as written in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB: "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

In Jesus Christ's name, we pray for Your guidance and provision.
