Jennifer, we hear your cry for help and we stand with you in prayer against these intrusive thoughts and nightmares. We believe that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1 WEB).
Firstly, we want to remind you that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world powers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12 WEB). Therefore, we need to put on the whole armor of God, that we may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil (Ephesians 6:11 WEB).
Let's pray together:
"Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we bring ### before Your throne of grace. We ask that You cover her with Your precious blood, and let no weapon formed against her prosper. We rebuke these intrusive thoughts and nightmares, and we command them to leave in Jesus' name. Lord, give ### Your peace that surpasses all understanding, which will guard her heart and her mental well-being in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB). Strengthen her faith, Lord, and help her to resist the devil, knowing that he will flee from her (James 4:7 WEB). In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen."
