Jennifer, we are with you in spirit and in prayer, lifting you up to our heavenly Father. We are thankful to hear that you have been doing better overall, and we trust that God will continue to strengthen and heal you.
The Bible tells us, "For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy strongholds. We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to obey Christ" (2 Corinthians 10:4-5, WEB). This is a reminder that our battles are not merely physical or psychological, but spiritual. We have the authority in Christ to take our thoughts captive and make them obedient to Him.
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Jennifer. We thank You for the progress she has made and for Your healing power in her life. Lord, we ask that You continue to strengthen her mental health and give her a sound mind. Help her to take every thought captive to obey Christ. Equip her with Your full armor, so she can stand firm against the enemy's schemes (Ephesians 6:11).
Father, we rebuke the spirit of anxiety and intrusive thoughts in Jennifer's life. We declare that she has a sound mind and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guards her heart and her mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Jennifer, remember that "God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB). Trust in Him, and He will see you through. Keep your focus on Jesus, and He will give you peace.
If you have not already, we encourage you to surrender your life to Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to God's presence and power. "Because if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation" (Romans 10:9-10, WEB).
Be strong and courageous, Jennifer. God is with you.
