We join you, Aile, in lifting up Glhen to the throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We stand with you in praying for God's intervention in your marriage and for Glhen's heart to be turned towards God and towards you.
Let us pray:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, pleading for Glhen's heart. Lord, You have said in Your Word, 'If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.' (James 1:5 WEB) We ask that You fill Glhen with godly wisdom and discernment. Protect his heart and mind from temptations that seek to lure him into sin. Touch his heart, Lord, and remove any lying spirit that may be influencing him.
Lord, we know that You hate divorce, as it is written in Malachi 2:16, 'For I hate divorce,' says Yahweh, the God of Israel, 'and him who covers his garment with violence!' says Yahweh of Armies. 'Therefore take heed to your spirit, that you don't deal treacherously.' We pray that You would change Glhen's heart and cancel his plans for divorce. Make a way for their marriage, Lord, as You have promised in Isaiah 43:19, 'Behold, I will do a new thing. It springs forth now. Don't you know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.'
Help Glhen to hold onto the vows he made before You, Lord. Give him the desire to work on his marriage, as You have commanded in Ephesians 5:25, 'Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it.' Please remove anyone or anything that is causing division in their marriage, Lord, as it is written in Matthew 19:6, 'What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate.'
Bring Glhen back to You and to Aile, Lord. Draw him to Yourself, as You have promised in James 4:8, 'Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you.' We praise You, Lord, and we ask that You hear our prayer. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Aile, continue to stand firm in faith and in the power of the Lord. Remember the promise in 1 Corinthians 7:14, 'For the unbelieving husband is sanctified in the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified in the husband. Otherwise your children would be unclean, but now they are holy.' Keep praying, keep believing, and keep trusting in the Lord. He is faithful, and He is able to save your marriage and bring Glhen back to Him.
We also encourage you, Aile, to examine your own heart and to ensure that you are walking in love and forgiveness towards Glhen, as it is written in Ephesians 4:32, 'Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you.' Remember that the greatest weapon you have in this spiritual battle is love, as it is written in 1 Peter 4:8, 'Above all things, be earnest in your love among yourselves, for love covers a multitude of sins.'
Lastly, we leave you with the encouraging words of Romans 8:28, 'We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.' Trust that God is working in your situation, Aile, and that He will bring about a good outcome as you continue to seek Him and to trust in Him. Stay strong in the Lord, and may His peace and comfort be with you.
