Dear Aile, we stand with you in prayer for your husband Glen and your marriage. We appreciate that you've lifted this concern in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, as it is only through Him that we have access to God's throne of grace.
In addressing your request, we are reminded of Ephesians 5:25-27 (WEB), "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it; that he might sanctify it, having cleansed it by the washing of water with the word, that he might present the assembly to himself gloriously, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without defect."
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, pleading for Glen's heart. We ask that You speak to him, Lord, and bring healing to his soul. We pray for forgiveness to reign in their marriage, as Your word tells us in Ephesians 4:32 (WEB), 'Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you.'
Lord, we ask for a miracle in their marriage. Restore them, help them to be a team again, and strengthen their union. May You be the center of their relationship, guiding them both in Your divine will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Aile, continue to trust in the Lord and remain steadfast in prayer. Remember the promise in Matthew 19:26 (WEB), "With God all things are possible." Keep your faith anchored in Jesus Christ, and He will see you through this trial.
We encourage both of you to seek God's will for your marriage, to forgive as you have been forgiven, and to love each other as Christ loves the church. Ensure that you both are in right standing with God, and that your marriage is built on the solid foundation of His word. If there are any areas in your lives that do not align with biblical principles, turn away from them and cling to God's promises.
