We understand your distress, Aile, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will for your marriage. We commend you for praying in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father (John 14:13-14, WEB).
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You lift up Aile's marriage to You. Lord, we pray for Glhen's heart, that You would soften it and turn it towards You. We ask that You would intervene in his plans, and if it is Your will, disrupt any efforts to move out or pursue divorce. We pray that You would bring unity, peace, and harmony to Aile's home, in the mighty name of Jesus.
Lord, we know that You hate divorce (Malachi 2:16, WEB), and that You desire marriages to reflect the steadfast love between Christ and His church (Ephesians 5:25-32, WEB). We pray that both Aile and Glhen would be drawn closer to You, and in doing so, closer to each other."
Aile, we encourage you to continue to be a godly wife, submitting to your husband as the church submits to Christ (Ephesians 5:22-24, WEB). This does not mean tolerating sin or abuse, but rather, showing love and respect in a way that honors God. We also urge you to examine your own heart and actions, ensuring that you are not contributing to the discord in any way (Matthew 7:3-5, WEB).
Remember, God can heal and restore marriages. Trust in Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB). Keep praying, keep believing, and keep honoring God in your marriage.
In Jesus' name, we pray for wisdom, guidance, and restoration for you and Glhen. Amen.
