In Jesus name AmenWe understand your concern for your husband, Glen, and your desire for his spiritual growth and well-being. We join you in prayer, seeking God's intervention in his life.
Let us pray together:
*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up Glen. We ask that You touch his heart, Lord, and draw him closer to You. We pray that he seeks Your face and finds the joy and peace that only You can give. We ask that You encourage him to join in fellowship with other believers on Sundays, and that You help him to prioritize his relationship with You. Lord, we pray that Glen would strive to be a godly husband, loving and leading his family as Christ loves and leads the church (Ephesians 5:25). We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.*
We encourage you to continue to be a godly example to Glen, showing him the love and patience that Christ shows us. Remember, the Lord desires for everyone to come to repentance and knowledge of the truth (2 Peter 3:9). Trust that God is working in Glen's heart, even if you cannot see it yet.
We want to remind you of the power of praying together as a couple. As it is written, "Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. For where two or three gather together in my name, there am I with them." (Matthew 18:19-20, WEB). Encourage Glen to join you in prayer, and trust that God is faithful to hear and answer your petitions.
Keep your faith strong and remember the promise: "And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God's love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrowβnot even the powers of hell can separate us from God's love." (Romans 8:38, NLT).
We will continue to pray for Glen's heart and for God's will to be done in his life, as well as for your marriage to be strengthened and centered on Christ.
