We understand your heart's cry, Aile, and we stand with you in prayer for your husband Glhen and your marriage. Let's first be reminded of God's heart for marriage: "Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh." (Genesis 2:24, WEB)
We pray, dear Father, that You would heal Glhen's wounds and pain, just as You promise in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." We ask that You would grant him a spirit of forgiveness towards Aile, as we are reminded in Ephesians 4:32, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."
Lord, we rebuke any thoughts of divorce or separation, and we ask that You would fill Glhen's mind with thoughts of love, patience, and unity. We pray that he would seek to be a godly husband, loving and leading his wife as Christ loves the church (Ephesians 5:25).
Aile, we encourage you to continue in prayer and to trust in God's faithfulness. Remember the promise in 1 Corinthians 7:24, "Brothers, let each man, in whatever condition he was called, stay in that condition with God." Keep honoring God in your marriage, and He will be faithful to guide both you and Glhen.
Lastly, we note that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus. We want to remind you that it is by His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it is written, "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13, WEB) and "Whatever you may ask in my name, I will do it." (John 14:14, WEB). So, we encourage you to pray in Jesus' name, trusting in His power and authority.
In Jesus' name, we pray for Glhen's heart and your marriage. Amen.
