Aile, we join you in lifting up Glenn and your marriage to our heavenly Father, trusting in the mighty name of Jesus.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is through Him that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16, WEB). It's crucial to remember that Jesus is the mediator between God and us (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB), and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB).
We stand with you in praying for Glenn's emotional and mental healing. Just as Jesus forgave us, we pray that Glenn will find it in his heart to forgive, releasing any anger, frustration, and resentment, just as the Lord has forgiven us (Ephesians 4:32, WEB).
For peace and unity in your marriage, we turn to the words of the Apostle Peter, who encourages wives to be in subjection to their husbands, and husbands to honor their wives (1 Peter 3:1-7, WEB). We pray that both of you will strive to live in harmony, with Glenn exercising patience and understanding towards you.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up Glenn and Aile's marriage. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch on Glenn's heart. Heal his emotions and mind, and help him to forgive just as You have forgiven us. Release him from any anger, frustration, and resentment. Lord, bring peace and unity into their marriage. Help Glenn to increase in patience towards Aile. Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
Lastly, remember the power of love and respect in your marriage, as outlined in Ephesians 5:33 (WEB), "Let each one of you also love his own wife even as himself; and let the wife see that she respects her husband." Continue to uphold your marriage in prayer, trusting in God's faithfulness.
