We join you, Aile, in petitioning to our Heavenly Father for Glhen and your marriage. We stand with you in faith, believing in the power of prayer and the transforming work of the Holy Spirit.
Firstly, we commend you for bringing your request in the name of Jesus, for it is by His name that we have access to the Father (John 14:6, WEB). Remember, "If you ask anything in my name, I will do it" (John 14:14, WEB).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before Your throne of grace, lifting up Glhen to You. Lord, You know the struggles they are facing, the grudges, and disappointments that have built walls in their marriage. We ask that You, Lord, convict Glhen's heart and mind. Soften his heart, Lord, just as You promised in Ezekiel 36:26, "A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you; and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh."
Father, we pray that You would give Glhen the desire to work on their marriage, to forgive as You have forgiven us (Ephesians 4:32, WEB). Remove any person or thing that is causing division, Lord, for we know that "every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation, and every city or house divided against itself will not stand" (Matthew 12:25, WEB).
Lord, we ask that You would cancel any plans of divorce, for You have said, "I hate divorce," (Malachi 2:16, WEB). We pray for restoration, for You are a God who restores, who makes all things new (Revelation 21:5, WEB). Keep Aile's family whole again, Lord, bound together in love and unity.
In Jesus' name, we pray these things. Amen.
Aile, continue to trust in the Lord, knowing that He hears your prayers. Keep your heart right before Him, and He will guide your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB). Remember, "Be still, and know that I am God" (Psalm 46:10, WEB). Trust in His timing and His ways.
Lastly, we encourage you to also seek God's will for yourself, to examine your own heart and actions. As it is written, "Why do you see the speck that is in your brother's eye, but don't consider the beam that is in your own eye?" (Matthew 7:3, WEB). Make sure you are not contributing to the division, and that you are loving and respecting Glhen as a wife is called to do (Ephesians 5:33, WEB).
May God's grace, love, and peace be with you and your family.
