Aile, we join you in fervent prayer for your husband Glen. Let us come together before the throne of grace, seeking God's will for your marriage.
We pray, loving Father, that when Glen comes home, You would grant him a new spirit, one that is filled with compassion and mercy towards Aile. As Your Word instructs in Colossians 3:12-14 (WEB), "Put on therefore, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, a heart of compassion, kindness, lowliness, humility, and perseverance; bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do. Above all these things, walk in love, which is the bond of perfection."
We pray that Glen will desire to work on your marriage, seeking reconciliation and understanding. That he will exhibit more patience with Aile, as you both strive to reflect the love of Christ in your union. As Ephesians 4:2 (WEB) encourages, "with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love."
Father, we ask that You heal Glen emotionally and mentally. May he find comfort and restoration in Your presence, as You promised in Matthew 11:28-29 (WEB), "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls."
Aile, we commend you for praying in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father. As Acts 4:12 (WEB) declares, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
In Jesus' name, we pray that God will strengthen and guide your marriage, making it a testament to His unfailing love and grace. Amen.
Continue to trust in the Lord and stand firm in His promises, Aile. Remember the words of Romans 5:3-4 (WEB), "We also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope." Keep praying and believing, for God is faithful.
