Prayer For Husband And Wife

Dear Lord,

I ask that you please bless my marriage. We are both believers, and in this a divorce would just devastate us. My husband and I need help right now. It seems we have had an endless uphill climb and we are beginning to doubt the path we set out on together. We have been separated by distance due to the military for several years. My husband is a veteran and recently returned home from War. This has not made our situation any easier and thus the uphill struggle continues. I believe my faith in our union is stronger than his right now and I think he could use some guidance and support from you to help him find his way. He needs all the blessings that can be bestowed upon him. I need your guidance to help me to see how I can be a better wife to him in his time of need, and I need strength to be the best wife I can be. He has always been my rock and right now i feel as though I have failed him in returning that support. We need blessings to help us open up our communication. I love my husband and I am hoping we are able to repair our bond with renewed love and strength. In your name, Amen.
