Thank you, Crimolani, for your expression of love and gratitude to our Lord Jesus Christ. It's wonderful to see your affirmation of faith and your dreams for the future. Let's align your desires with God's will and explore what the Bible says about such matters. Let's address the issues separately.
Firstly, it's commendable that you're seeking God's will for your life. This is essential as we read in Proverbs 3:5-6, Trust in the LORD with all your heart,
and do not lean on your own understanding.
(6) In all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make straight your paths.
Regarding material wealth, while God wants us to prosper in all things and to be in good health, just as your soul prospers (3 John 1:2), it's crucial to keep our priorities in check. In Matthew 6:33, Jesus says, But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.
The Bible calls men to be the head of the household and the woman to manage the household despite temporarily living in a culture and under laws that want to eliminate Godly roles and expectations of men and women. You should seek to have a family if you are not married and also ensure you are connected through a local church to seek your destiny helpers. Furthermore, the Bible says in 1 Tim 6:9-10
(9) But those who are determined to be rich fall into a temptation and a snare and many foolish and harmful lusts, such as drown men in ruin and destruction.
(10) For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
As for working with the government, God can certainly place you in a position of influence for His purposes. Let's pray that He would guide you and open doors as He sees fit. In Acts 17:26, From one man he made every nation of men, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he determined the exact times and the exact boundaries of their habitation. From Hebrews 13:17, Obey your leaders and submit to them, for they watch on behalf of your souls, as those who will give account, that they may do this with joy, and not with grief, for that would be unprofitable for you.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our beloved Crimolani. Thank You for their expression of love and faith. Lord, we ask that You guide Crimolani according to Your will. Help them to seek first Your kingdom and to align their desires with Your purpose. We pray for discernment in their goals for future careers and roles in life as well as in their dreams for material blessings, Jesus taught his followers to pray to the Father. In Matthew 6:9-13 WEB
(9) Pray like this:
'Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy.
(10) Let your Kingdom come.
Let your will be done, as in heaven, so on earth.
(11) Give us today our daily bread.
(12) Forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors.
(13) Bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.
For yours is the Kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. Amen.'
Surround them with people who will support and encourage them in their faith and help them achieve that destiny you have set forth for them. Protect them and their family, keeping them under Your wings. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, God loves you and has a wonderful plan for your life. Keep seeking Him and trusting in His goodness. Merry Christmas to you and your community group as well.
