We join you, Aile, in lifting up Glhen and your marriage to the throne of grace, seeking God's will and intervention. Let us first be reminded of what the WEB says about marriage and God's desire for it:
"Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate." (Mark 10:9)
We must hold on to hope, as God has the power to restore and heal marriages. We rebuke the plan of divorce, as God's Word says:
"For I hate divorce," says Yahweh, the God of Israel, "and him who covers his garment with violence!" says Yahweh of Armies. "Therefore pay attention to your spirit, that you don't be unfaithful." (Malachi 2:16)
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we come before Your throne of grace, lifting up Glhen and Aile's marriage to You. We pray for restoration and healing in their union. Lord, we ask that You cancel Glhen's plan of divorce and instill in him the desire to work on their marriage. Help him to let go of his pride and rely on You for all his decisions. Draw him closer to You, Lord, and mold him into the Godly husband You desire him to be. Fill him with Your Godly wisdom and discernment, and intervene in his life. Protect his heart and mind from the enemy's attacks, and surround him with Godly people who will challenge him to be a better disciple.
We also pray for Aile, that You grant her the strength, patience, and faith to trust in You during this trying time. Help her to be a reflection of Your love and grace to Glhen, and guide their marriage according to Your will.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Aile, continue to trust in the Lord and His promises. Remember that God is faithful, and He cares for you and your marriage. Keep praying and seeking His face, and He will hear and answer your prayers according to His will.
"Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this:" (Psalm 37:4-5)
Stay strong in your faith and hold on to the hope that God has the power to restore and heal your marriage.
