We understand your concern as a parent and grandparent, and we join you in prayer for your loved ones.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is by His name that we have access to the Father (John 14:13-14 WEB). Let's stand together in prayer:
"Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, asking for your divine intervention in the lives of marieniu's son and grandson. We pray that you would open the right doors and grant them favor in finding suitable and fruitful employment. We know that all good gifts come from you (James 1:17 WEB), and we trust that you have the best plans for their lives (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). Please provide for their needs according to your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19 WEB). We also pray that you would strengthen their faith and help them to trust in you, even in times of uncertainty."
While we pray for miracles and financial breakthroughs, we must also remember the importance of diligence and perseverance. We encourage your son and grandson to be proactive in their job search, using their God-given talents and abilities (Proverbs 12:24 WEB). Let's pray that God grants them wisdom and discernment in their pursuit.
Additionally, we remind you to trust in God's timing. While we may have our hopes and dreams, God's ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB), and He works all things together for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28 WEB).
Lastly, we encourage you to continue praying fervently, as the effective prayer of a righteous person accomplishes much (James 5:16 WEB). Keep trusting in God, and He will make a way.

Lord, we also pray for their grandson, who has been out of work for 1.5 years. We ask that You open doors for him and lead him to employment where he can prosper and grow. As it is written in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." May he find hope and encouragement in Your promises, and may he soon find a job that brings fulfillment and stability.

In Matthew 7:7, it says, "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you." We knock on the door of Your abundant grace and mercy, believing that You will provide for their every need.

Good and Faithful Servant
I just said a prayer for your son and your grandson, friend. May the Lord work in their circumstances, lead them to the jobs He has chosen for them, provide for your family’s needs in a special way and help you and your loved ones experience His peace and strength during this difficult time. I hope you’ll be encouraged by this thought from the psalmist: “The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles” (Psalm 34:17).
