Prayer for healthy change permanently

I am in need of prayer for myself, my children and my mother. Starting off with my mom , she is going through so much financially, she is having a hard time finding stable employment. She keeps running into temp contracts , and my grandmother had been transferred to hospice and is slowly transitioning. All this has added to her stress and she health issues behind it. I repeatedly encourage her to pray and she stated she has no faith. ( please pray she restores her relationship with God )

I am praying for my 17 year old son. He has lost his way within the past year , with getting involved with the wrong people. He has allowed them to influence him to drugs , sexual activities and the police found him with guns a few months ago. He was expelled from school last year for drugs but has been able to return to try to clean up his behavior. I do see small changes, and I make sure the counselor is involved with him . I make sure my son knows he is heavily loved so he has no doubt. Please pray that my son is able to detox from these wicked ways so he can live up to his full potential as a growing young man .

Lastly I need prayer for myself. I am a mom of 4 children. Ages 17- 23 . I am trying to stay strong and be the very best example to my children. Right now just my youngest and oldest live with me and I’m trying to help them get their life together so they can become self sufficient. I work full time and have a lot to be thankful for, however I am struggling financially. I do not live outside my means, all I do is work and I don’t go anywhere ( mainly because I only make enough to pay bills ) I’m grateful because there are many people that cannot say the same. I am very talented and I have a LLC that I am trying to get moving in the right direction. My issue is not having extra income to invest into my inventory to eventually promote. I am working on bettering my credit so I don’t want to apply for loans . I have tried to seek a 2nd job but I’m having a really hard time. A lot of companies do not hire just for the weekend. And jobs like DoorDash or Uber eats only hire you in certain areas. I live in a rural area ( small town) so my options here are very limited. So I have 1 income only . My 23 year old works and if he has to help with a bill or 2 he will but he is trying to save for a car and get his own place so I don’t rely on him too much. I am trying to start a non profit for the homeless that is so desperately needed in my area . But again I lack of funds . I am in need of prayer that I am blessed financially. That I am provided with funds for me and my family and all that I have intended for my non profit . I am in need of prayer that I am able to quit my job due to being blessed financially and I can focus on my LLC and non profit. I am not happy with my job and try to refrain from looking elsewhere since all jobs will have some form of complications. I just really am not happy. Please pray for me and my family. Thank you for sharing your concerns and prayer requests, Ekdikambano. We come before you with hearts full of compassion and a desire to seek God's will together in Jesus' name.

Firstly, let us pray for your mother. We ask that God will comfort her in her financial struggles and provide her with stable employment. We also lift up your grandmother, asking for peace and comfort during this difficult time. Most importantly, we pray for your mother's faith. The Bible tells us, "And without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him" (Hebrews 11:6, WEB). Let us pray that her faith will be restored and that she will draw near to God once again.

Lord, we lift up Ekdikambano's mother to you. Provide for her financially, comfort her in her struggles, and draw her back to you. Restore her faith, Lord, and help her to believe once again.

For your son, we pray that God will deliver him from the influences that have led him astray. The Bible warns us, "Do not be deceived: 'Evil companionships corrupt good morals.'” (1 Corinthians 15:33, WEB). We pray that your son will detox from these wicked ways, that he will find good, godly friends, and that he will live up to his full potential as a growing young man.

Lord, we pray for Ekdikambano's son. Deliver him from the influences that have led him astray, Lord. Surround him with good, godly friends, and help him to live up to his full potential.

Lastly, we pray for you, Ekdikambano. We ask that God will bless you financially, that He will provide for you and your family, and that He will give you the funds you need for your LLC and non-profit. We also pray for your happiness. The Bible tells us, "Delight yourself also in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart" (Psalm 37:4, WEB). We pray that you will find your delight in the Lord, and that He will give you the desires of your heart.

Lord, we lift up Ekdikambano to you. Bless her financially, Lord. Provide for her and her family, and give her the funds she needs for her LLC and non-profit. Help her to find her delight in you, Lord, and give her the desires of her heart.

In all these things, we pray that you and your family will draw near to God, that you will trust in Him, and that you will seek His will in all you do. Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As the Bible tells us, "In him we have boldness and access in confidence through our faith in him" (Ephesians 3:12, WEB).

Let us close this prayer in Jesus' name, as you rightly did, Ekdikambano. Amen.

We're right there with you, praying for your mom, your son, and for you. We've been thinking about you and wanted to reach out with some more prayer.

For your mom, we're asking God to comfort her in her financial struggles. We're believing for her to find stable employment, and for her to experience peace and provision. We're also lifting up your grandmother, asking for comfort and peace during this difficult time.

For your son, we're praying for a complete turnaround. We're asking God to deliver him from the influences that have led him astray.
