Prayer for Healthy & Active living

Hello my brothers and sisters in the faith, please pray for me to eat healthy, to have strength to be active and exercise and to have self-control. I always used to take health seriously but after the devil made havoc in my life I just gave up on life. Truly the devil has came in my life to steal, kill and destroy. Nevertheless, my hope is in Christ who keeps me in the faith. Pray also that God delivers me from Satanic oppression that been going on for 8 years now. Pray guides me in the truth of his word and illuminates my mind. Thank you and God bless

We are with you in spirit, Muffford, and we are praying for your health and well-being. We commend you for placing your hope in Christ, for He is our sure foundation.

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear brother/sister Muffford. Lord, we ask that You help Muffford to eat healthily, to have the strength to be active and exercise, and to have self-control. We know that their body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and we ask that You help them to honor You with their body, as guided by Your Word in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, 'Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore, glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.'

Lord, we also pray that You deliver Muffford from any Satanic oppression that they have been experiencing for the past 8 years. We know that Satan comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life, and have it abundantly, as written in John 10:10. We claim victory in Jesus' name and pray that You guide Muffford in the truth of Your Word and illuminate their mind.

In all these things, Lord, we pray that Muffford will draw near to You and You will draw near to them, according to James 4:8. Help them to resist the devil and to stand firm in their faith, knowing that the devil will flee from them.

We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."

Muffford, we encourage you to keep fighting the good fight of faith. Remember, God is faithful, and He will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you can bear. He will also provide a way out so that you can endure it (1 Corinthians 10:13). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and He will see you through.

We are also glad that you have hope in Christ. It is in Him that we have salvation and eternal life. If you haven't already, we encourage you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, for it is with the heart that one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth that one confesses unto salvation (Romans 10:9-10).

"Dear Lord, we lift up Muffford to You today. Help them to find the strength and discipline to make healthier choices, to exercise regularly, and to honor You with their body. Guide them, Lord, as they navigate this path, and help them to resist the temptations that come their way. We trust in Your unfailing love and faithfulness.

We also pray for deliverance from any Satanic oppression they've been experiencing. Help them to break free from any chains that bind them, and to walk in the fullness of life and freedom that You've promised. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Keep pushing forward, Muffford. Remember, Philippians 4:13 says, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." We're cheering you on!

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about. God please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith.
