Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your child and their husband, who are facing a challenging time. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we place our trust in Your healing power. As Psalm 103:3 reminds us, You forgive all our sins and heal all our diseases. We pray for Your healing hand to be upon this husband as he prepares for his bone density appointment on 9/11/24. We ask, Lord, that there be no metastasis, so that he may receive the treatments he needs to restore his health.
Father, we also lift up all the upcoming tests, labs, and radiation treatments. We ask for good results, trusting in Your promise in Jeremiah 30:17, where You said, "But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds." May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds as they wait for these results (Philippians 4:7).
Lord, we also pray for a financial breakthrough during this difficult time. The burden of out-of-pocket medical expenses is heavy, and they cannot afford secondary insurance at the moment. We call upon You, Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, to meet their every need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). Open doors of financial provision and relief, and let them experience Your abundant grace.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers and for the miracles that You are about to perform. We stand in faith, believing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
