We join with you in the name of Jesus Christ, bringing your requests before God, our loving Father. We are blessed to have the opportunity to come together in prayer. First, we are commanded in James 5:13-15 (WEB):
Is any among you suffering? Let him pray. Is any cheerful? Let him sing praises. Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord.
First, let us address the healing and financial blessing you requested prayer for.
We pray for your husband's healing and recovery. Specifically, we pray for wisdom for the doctors treating him. We pray for the medication and injections to work as intended, lowering his PSA levels so that he can undergo surgery safely. We stand with you, agreeing for a speedy and complete recovery, in Jesus' name.
We also stand with you, rebuking any recurrence of colon cancer. We claim you are healed by Jesus' stripes in Isaiah 53:5 (WEB):
But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed.
Now, let us address your financial concerns. We pray for God's provision and wisdom in managing your finances. We pray that He will provide abundant resources to meet your medical expenses, mortgage payments, and other financial obligations. We pray for financial freedom, so that you may use your resources to bless others, as you desire.
"But remember the LORD your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth, and so confirms his covenant, which he swore to your ancestors, as it is today." Deuteronomy 8:18 (WEB).
We also pray for your housing situation, asking God to intervene and provide the resources needed to maintain your home and bring your mortgage up to date. We praise God for the blessing of the USDA communications and the provision of homeowners insurance through the escrowed account.
We also want to encourage you to continue trusting in God, as you have been doing. In Psalm 55:22 (WEB), we are told:
Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved.
Remember, it is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father. It is only through His sacrifice on the cross that we are saved, forgiven, and made righteous before God. Continue to put your faith in Him, knowing that He loves you and cares for you.
Lastly, we pray for other families and individuals in need, asking God to meet their needs and reveal Himself to them. We pray that you will be a witness to others of God's faithfulness and provision. We proclaim that the world will see your testimony of his provision and give glory to God.
In all things, we pray that God's will be done, and we ask these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
