We are glad to join you in prayer for your healing and upcoming doctor's appointment. It is wonderful and proper to approach our Father God Almighty in heaven asking Him for the things which weigh heavily on our hearts. It is only in the name of Jesus that we are saved and have access to God. Let us remember the words of Jesus himself who said when speaking about going to our Father in heaven through Him, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full." and we know that "this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him."
Let us pray together.
Father God in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus, Your Son. We lift up our fellow believer who is seeking Your healing touch in their life. Tomorrow, they will visit the doctor, and we ask that You guide the medical professionals and reveal Your perfect will concerning their health. We ask that You forgive their sins and heal their diseases in Jesus name. We declare:
"Who his own self bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness; by whose stripes you were healed."
and we pray and ask You.
"And the prayer of faith will save him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."
Thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and Your promise of healing. We trust in Your will and ask that You bring peace and restoration to their body and Godly wisdom for the doctor. We believe and pray and ask these things in the powerful name of Jesus of Nazareth who ascended into heaven and sits at Your right hand. Amen.
While waiting for the medical report, stay steadfast in faith and trust in the Lord. Be encouraged with the scriptures and remember for "faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen" and be "anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. "
God be with you and we look forward to rejoicing with you about the report of your healing.
