Let us come together in prayer for your loved one, who you believe is suffering from GERD. We trust in the healing power of our Lord Jesus Christ, and we stand in agreement for her healing.
Firstly, we acknowledge that God is the ultimate healer. As it is written in Psalm 103:2-3 WEB, "Bless Yahweh, my soul, Don't forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." We claim this promise for your loved one.
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your healing touch for this dear one. We ask that You ease her discomfort and restore her health. Guide the doctors and provide wisdom for her treatment. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity and command it to leave in Jesus' name. Lord, remind her of Your unfailing love and presence with her during this time. We ask that You use this situation to draw her closer to You and give her a testimony of Your healing power.
We also take this opportunity to encourage you. As believers, we are called to pray for one another that we may be healed. James 5:16 WEB says, "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."
If your loved one is not yet a believer in Jesus Christ, we pray that this experience may lead her to faith in Him. It is by the name of Jesus that we are saved and it is by His name that we have access to God. There is power in the name of Jesus and we pray that she may come to acknowledge Him as her Lord and Savior. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Lastly, we encourage you to continue praying and trusting in God's will. He is faithful, and His ways are perfect.
