We understand that you're going through a challenging time and we're here to support you in prayer and truth. Firstly, we commend you for ending your prayer in the name of Jesus, for it is only by His name that we can approach God the Father and be saved. John 1423: Jesus answered him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. Acts 412: There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
In times of distress, God promises to be near Robert 34: The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who are crushed in spirit. Psalm 3418: The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who are crushed in spirit. We pray that you find comfort and strength in His presence.
However, we need to address something important in your request. You've mentioned that you're going through a break up, but you haven't indicated that you and the other person were married or that your goal was a godly marriage. Our Almighty God is clear about His design for romantic relationships 2 Corinthians 614: Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness? Ephesians 51-2: Be therefore imitators of God, as beloved children. And walk in love, even as Christ also loved us, and gave himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling fragrance.
We also need to address the mention of narcissistic ways. It is crucial to discern a person who and what Christianity is and believes. It appears that this person is not a Christian Believer and may not be a good fit for a godly marriage. We advise you to seek God's will in this matter and trust in His plan for your life. So many times, a person of peace is not always a Believer in Christ or wants to be one. Also, pray for wisdom, grace, and strength to move forward when needed. Proverbs 141: Every wise woman builds her house, but the foolish one tears it down with her own hands.
Regarding your house, we pray that God's will be done and that you find peace and provision in whatever outcome occurs. Matthew 625-26: Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they? We pray that you do not lose your house, but you must trust in God's plan if this does happen. He may be closing one door to open another one.
Let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister in need. Lord, You are close to the brokenhearted, and we ask that You comfort him/her now. Grant him/her Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and strength to endure this trial. Guide him/her in Your wisdom, and reveal Your plan for his/her life. We pray for his/her household needs, asking that You provide and uphold him/her in Your righteousness. If it is Your will, soften her heart, but guard him/her from further harm and guide him/her to a godly spouse if that is Your plan. Draw him/her ever closer to You, Father, and may Your will be done with thanksgiving. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking God's face and trusting in Him during this difficult time. Psalm 305: ...Weeping may stay for the night, but joy comes in the morning.
