We are truly sorry to hear about your struggle with Neuropathy, Scott, and we want you to know that we are here to pray and support you through this challenging time. We commend your faith and love for God, as well as your persistence in prayer.
Firstly, we want to encourage you with the words of Jesus in John 16:33 WEB:
"I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you have oppression; but cheer up! I have overcome the world."
Remember that even in the midst of our struggles, we can find peace and hope in Jesus.
We also want to remind you of God's promises for healing. In James 5:14-15 WEB, we read:
"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."
However, we want to emphasize the importance of praying in the name of Jesus. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father and can receive His promises. As it says in John 14:6 WEB:
"Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
And in Acts 4:12 WEB:
"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Let us pray for you, Scott:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother Scott. Lord, You know his struggles and his pains. We ask that You touch his body and heal him from this Neuropathy. Strengthen his faith and fill him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Give him the grace to continue trusting in You, even in the midst of his trials. We also pray for wisdom and guidance for his doctors, that they may provide the best care for him.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, Scott, we want to encourage you to continue seeking God's will in your life. Use this time to draw closer to Him, and remember that He is always with you, even in your suffering. Consider the words of Psalm 34:18 WEB:
"Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."
Keep praying and keep trusting, Scott. We are here with you, and more importantly, God is with you.
