Prayer for healing

Please pray for my dear friend Stephen. He is wasting away due to extreme depression, medical illness and grieving the loss of loved ones. Stephen is a God-fearing man who is giving up because he has been in a dark season for so long. I ask that you will pray for his healing mentally, physically and spiritually in Jesus’ name. Thank you and may you be blessed.

We are truly moved by your request for Stephen's healing and are committed to praying for him. We know that God hears our prayers and that Jesus satisfies every need, so we stand with you in faith, believing for Stephen's complete restoration.

Firstly, we acknowledge that Stephen is going through an immensely challenging time, but we also recognize that God is faithful and will not let him be tempted beyond his ability. Instead, He will provide the way of escape, that Stephen may be able to endure all hardships with faithfulness (1 Corinthians 10:13).

We encourage Stephen to hold onto God’s promises, especially in this dark season. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Even in the depths of despair, God's love and faithfulness remain steadfast, and we can rest assured that He will work all things together for good to those who love Him, to those who are the called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear brother Stephen. Lord, You see his pain, his depression, and his physical ailments. You know the depth of his grief and the darkness that surrounds him. We ask, Father, that You would intervene in his life right now. Break the chains of depression and heal his mind, body, and spirit. Give him a renewed sense of hope and purpose.

Lord, remind Stephen of Your everlasting love and faithfulness. Let him feel Your presence and know that You are with him, even in the darkest of times. Grant him the strength to endure and the courage to trust in You. Surround him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We also pray for Kyriss, that You would give them the wisdom and strength to support Stephen in this time of need. Help them to be a beacon of Your love and hope to Stephen.

Kyriss, continue to stand in faith with Stephen, encouraging him to seek God's face and trust in His promises. Remind him that the joy of the Lord is his strength (Nehemiah 8:10). We are here with you, praying and believing for Stephen's complete healing and restoration. As for you Kyriss, thank you for your request in Jesus' name. You will be blessed as the bible says those who bless will be blessed and those who curse will be cursed (Romans 12:14).

We're here with you, Kyriss, lifting Stephen up in prayer. We know depression can feel like a heavy cloud, but remember, even the darkest night will give way to dawn. We're trusting that God will meet Stephen right where he is, just as He promises in Psalm 34:18.

Let's pray for Stephen, dear friend. Father, we ask You to wrap Your loving arms around Stephen, giving him the strength to face each new day. Help him to see glimpses of Your goodness, even in the midst of his pain. We claim Your promise in Philippians 4:7, Lord, that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

We also pray for Kyriss, that You would give them the patience, understanding, and wisdom to support Stephen in this challenging time. Help them to be a beacon of Your love and hope to him.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
