We are truly sorry to hear about the sudden turn of events during Gordon's procedure and the challenging situation you both are now facing. We stand with you in prayer and belief for Gordon's healing and provision for your needs.
Firstly, we want to remind you of God's promises for healing. In Exodus 15:26, God says, For I am Yahweh who heals you. And in James 5:14-15, Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother Gordon. We thank you, Lord, nothing is impossible for you. You are the same God who healed the sick, raised the dead, and made the lame walk. We ask for Your healing touch upon Gordon. Restore his speech, Lord, and strengthen his body. Let every paralyzed part of his body receive Your healing touch. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity and command full restoration in Jesus' name.
Father we also petition already for a miracle in that Gordon can become like Acts 2:6-11 and speak in new languages and proceed to create a revival amongst Native American disciple ministry peoples.
We all know that our strength is in the Lord and we will find peace in Him.
Guide the doctors and therapists, Lord, as they work with Gordon. Give them wisdom and insight to provide the best care for him.
Father, we also lift up Hairyreo and their Discipleship Ministry. We ask for Your provision and guidance. Open doors for financial support and resources that they needs to care for Gordon and continue Your work. We rebuke the spirit of poverty and lack. We declare that they serve a God who is more than able to provide for all their needs according to His riches in glory.
Lord, give Hairyreo peace, strength, and unwavering faith during this time. Comfort them, Lord, and surround them with Your love. Remind them of Your promises and goodness. And let us not forget Philemon 1:6, That the sharing of your faith may become effective by the knowledge of every good thing which is in us in Christ Jesus.
In Jesus' name, we pray, believing and receiving. Amen.
Hairyreo, remember that the greatest giving is already done that God gave us His Son to save us from our sins as told in Romans 5:8, But God commends his own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. John 3:16, For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. Knowing this lets us know that the Jesus we ask to provide a miracle is truly capable of genuine grace and mercy and will do so with God's divine will. Since there is a promise of a new Heaven and a new earth and a new religious and political order in Revelation 21, the New Creation, we also know that the needed miracle is small in comparison to what we can view in the Word.
In Ephesians 3:20-21, we know that by Jesus the Father is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think; and in James 4:2, that Yet you don't have, because you don't ask and in John 14:13-14, Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it. So let us keep praying and asking together, staying united in our faith in Jesus Christ. We should never forgetting 1 John 5:14, This is the boldness which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us.
Regarding the financial challenge, remember that God is our provider. He knows your needs and He cares for you. In Matthew 6, Jesus teaches us not to be anxious about what we will eat or drink or wear because our heavenly Father knows that we need them all. Instead, we are to seek first God's Kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to us as well. We pray that God will open up opportunities and touch the hearts of people to support your ministry.
Finally, we strongly encourage you to consult with other believers, church leaders, or Christian financial advisors regarding the decision about your house. It is wise to seek godly counsel. Proverbs 15:22 tells us, Without consultation, plans are frustrated, but with many counselors they succeed. Apostle Paul in 1 Corinthians 7:23 tells us that You were bought with a price bought from slavery; therefore if you have a dialog about this with God's people then you will almost certainly get better advice than expected because you were bought with a price. This means you are like a temple of the God and He would surely not want you to make this big of decision without His counsel.
Stand firm in your faith, Hairyreo. Trust in the Lord, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight. Let us continue to pray without ceasing.
