Please pray for college freshmen, ###! Heal ### of all illness, protect ### and pray for ### to be happy and successful in life, especially successful in college! Thank you and God Bless!
Prayer for healing, protection and success

Thank you for bringing ### before us in prayer. We will lift him up, seeking God's will for his life.
Let's pray: "Father in heaven, we come before you in the name of Jesus to lift up ###. Lord, we ask for your healing touch on ###, that by the stripes of Jesus, he would be made whole. Please protect him physically, emotionally, and spiritually as he embarks on this new journey in college. Grant him happiness and success, not as the world defines it, but as you do. May he prosper in his studies and grow in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man, just like Jesus did (Luke 2:52 WEB). We ask this all in Jesus' name."
We encourage ### to trust in the Lord with all his heart, and lean not on his own understanding. In all his ways, we pray he acknowledges God, so that God can direct his paths (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).
We also remind ### of God's promise in Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB), "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." ### should claim this promise for his life, trusting that God has a bright future planned for him.
We noticed that the request did not mention the name of Jesus. We want to remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." We encourage ### and you to always pray in Jesus' name, as it is the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB).
Lastly, we encourage ### to stay strong in his faith and grow in his relationship with Jesus. College can be a challenging time, but with God's help, ### can thrive and be a light to those around him. May God bless ### abundantly.
