We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you've faced, and we appreciate your request for prayer. Firstly, we want to address the root of your health issues, as you've shared that the herpes was contracted due to past sexual abuse and an inability to say no to sexual advances. We want to remind you that sexual activity is a sacred act intended by God to be enjoyed within the bounds of marriage between a man and a woman. Any form of sexual activity outside of this is sin, and any form of sexual abuse is a grave evil. We want to pray for your healing and your deliverance from these past traumas. Please know God's will for you is to be sexually pure and that He will forgive and restore.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of your son Jesus Christ. We lift up our sister to You (as described in Ephesians 2:6), and we pray for her healing. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we believe that You have the power to heal her from herpes and hyperhidrosis. We pray that You will restore her body ( as referenced in 2 Corinthians 4:16-18) and give her strength to withstand the devil's attacks. We also pray for her complete deliverance from the trauma of past sexual abuse. We bind the spirit of rejection and shame and demand it leave in the name of Jesus Christ. We pray that You will help her to see herself as You see her pure, blameless, and redeemed (like in Colossians 1:22).
We also lift up her financial situation to You. Lord, You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and we ask that You will provide for her and her husband's needs (as outlined in Philippians 4:19). We pray that You will give them wisdom to manage their finances and that You will open up opportunities for them to be a blessing to others (as noted in 2 Corinthians 9:8).
Finally, Lord, we pray that You will fill her with Your Spirit and give her the power to resist the devil's schemes (as described in James 4:7). Help her to stand firm in her faith and to trust in Your goodness and love.
We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. For it is in His name that we have access to You, God, and ask for Your forgiveness, healing, and blessings. Amen
We encourage you, to resist the devil and stand firm on God's promises. Don't forget to memorize Ephesians 6:10-18 and practice wearing the full armor of God on a daily basis. We want to remind you, that it is only by the name of Jesus Christ, that we can be saved. If you haven't already, make sure to make Him your Lord and Savior and put your faith in Him.
