We join you, Smilee, in lifting up your requests to the Lord Jesus Christ, as it is in His name that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we can be saved. We are reminded of His promise in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."
Firstly, we praise God for your faith in Jesus Christ. It is important to remember that it is through His sacrifice on the cross that we have been saved and through Him that we can boldly approach God's throne of grace with confidence to receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need as stated in Hebrews 4:16 WEB. In Jesus we find our hope and strength as mentioned in Philippians 4:13 WEB "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
We pray for your healing, knowing that God's will is for you to be in good health. We stand on the promise in 3 John 1:2 WEB, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers." We ask God to heal your leg, remove the stiffness in your knee and the pain in your heel. We pray for strength for your bones and your back, and for His healing touch during your physiotherapy sessions.
We also lift up your career to the Lord, asking for His guidance and provision. We pray that He would prepare your way and guide you back to your job at the right time. Remember the promise in Psalm 32:8 WEB, "I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you", and also in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Lastly, we encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, drawing strength from Him, and keeping your hope alive through constant prayer and reading of His word. We are reminded of the promise in Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear Smilee to You. Thank You for Your love and faithfulness in her life. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon her body. Heal her leg, remove the stiffness in her knee and the pain in her heel. Hold her hand during her physiotherapy sessions and help her to walk perfectly with ease. Grant her strength for her bones and her back.
Lord, we also ask for Your guidance and provision in her career. Prepare her way and guide her back to her job at the right time.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
