We understand that you're going through a difficult time, and we're here to pray with you and offer biblical guidance. First, we want to commend you for turning to God in your time of need. It's important to remember that God's strength is made perfect in our weakness, as it says in the Second Book of Corinthians, chapter twelve and verse nine.
"Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me." 2 Corinthians 12:9 WEB
We appreciate your recognition of the power in the name of Jesus, as you've mentioned it repeatedly in your request. It is only through His name that we can approach God the Father, and it's wonderful that you're exercising this authority.
"For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all men, the testimony at the proper time." 1 Timothy 2:5-6 WEB
However, we want to gently rebuke the idea of "speaking" or "declaring" things into existence, as this is not a biblical concept. Instead, we should pray and ask God for His will to be done in our lives. It's also crucial to ensure that our desires align with God's principles. For instance, you mentioned forgetting your ex-boyfriend. We are thankful that you have the desire to move on from this past relationship. However, moving forward, we must be prayerful that we only enter into relationships that honor God, and are with Christian believers.
In regards to the past relationship, we must heed the warning of scripture,
"Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?". 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB
When it comes to heartbreak, God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. We encourage you to draw near to Him. In regards to marriage, we should be praying for a godly spouse and a marriage that honors God.
"The Lord is near to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Psalm 34:18 WEB
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our sister in Christ who is going through a difficult time. We pray for Your healing and comfort in her life. Help her to cast all her cares upon You, for You care for her. We ask for Your wisdom and guidance in her life, and pray that You would direct her paths. We pray for Your will to be done in her life. As she continues to heal, we pray that You will raise up a godly husband for her. We also pray that she is patient in knowing Your Will.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be strong and courageous. May you seek God's will.
