Hello everyone! Let's lift up 
We understand your need for healing and we join you in prayer, believing in the power of our Lord Jesus Christ to heal and restore.
Let us first remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 9:29 (WEB): "According to your faith be it done to you." We encourage you to remain steadfast in your faith, trusting that God's will is for your well-being and healing.
In Psalm 147:3 (WEB), it is written: "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." Our God is a healer, and we believe He is able to heal your eyes and restore your sight.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our beloved brother/sister who is in need of healing. Lord, You know the struggles they are facing with their eyesight. We ask for Your divine healing touch upon their eyes. Restore their sight, Lord, so that they may see Your goodness and grace. Strengthen their faith and give them peace, knowing that all things are possible with You. We rebuke any sickness or infirmity and claim healing in Jesus' name. Amen."
We encourage you to continue seeking God's face and trusting in His goodness. Remember, it is by the name of Jesus that we are saved and healed. If you haven't already, confess your faith in Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB).
Stand strong in faith, and know that we are praying with you for your healing. May God's grace and peace be with you.

He said, "As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world." (John 9:5, WEB) We claim that light and life for your eyes, believing that Jesus is still in the business of healing today. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
